    "text": "Our hybrid battery failed on our Toyota Prius and the dealer wanted to charge us over $3000 to fix it.  They were also unfriendly and unhelpful.  We searched around and found Marin Hybrid.  It is located in Baldwins German Autowerks.  Petra at the front desk was so helpful and friendly.  They charged much less.  They reconditioned the battery which means they replaced the failing cells and cycled the charge on the remaining ones.  So far it is working.  And it comes with a 2 year warranty.  It wasn't done as fast as they initially quoted, but they offered us a loaner to use until it was ready.  Overall a good experience.",
