Satisfying Sequoia · Trailhead

- I really want Trailhead to succeed because it has so much going for it. The location is excellent, the outdoor and mountain bike culture feels authentic, and it has the kind of community-focused concept that deserves support. There’s a steady flow of customers, and the burger I had was genuinely good, which highlights the potential of the place. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt neglected compared to the thoughtful vision behind it. The menu seemed scattered, the atmosphere a bit worn, and cleanliness was a concern. The bathroom needed attention, several tables were dirty, and some utensils and visible work areas behind the counter did not appear clean. The staff weren’t rude, but they also didn’t seem particularly welcoming, giving the impression that customers were more of an interruption than a priority. Trailhead has the right foundation, vibe, and community appeal to be something special. With more attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service, it could easily become one of the area’s standout gathering spots for outdoor enthusiasts.
