"text": "Extreme Pizza absolutely knocked it out of the park for us! Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was next-level amazing. Huge shoutout to the manager, Scott, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.\nMy boyfriend’s son wasn’t a fan of the wings he ordered, and without hesitation, Scott happily swapped them out for free—no fuss, just genuine care and kindness. On top of that, there was a small mix-up with our order (we had ordered the Zip Line Swirls and got breadsticks instead), and they didn’t just fix it—they hooked us up by letting us keep an order of breadsticks as well. Total win!\nIt’s rare these days to find a place that not only serves great food but also treats customers with this level of generosity and respect. The vibes were positive, the staff was friendly, and Scott truly made our night. We’ll definitely be back and recommending Extreme Pizza to everyone we know. This is how customer service should be done! 🍕🔥👏",
