    "text": "Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve been a customer for 22 years I’m a gold member I have paid of a mortgage and several loan . I have to say this is the worse service I’ve had, as I walked in 2 male employees where  laughing and goofing around and the teller had to tell them twice I needed help, and rather than acknowledging us he walked passed us still laughing with the co worker and said the office over there. When I told him what I needed he started making excuses and then called for help.. Then gave me a number to call in LA saying they can do it over the phone. I know they can’t, I’ve been through this process before. So I explained my other son had the same account then when he turned 18 we came in and it was done in person with legal verification was needed . He finally was honest and said it would take a while and they were closing in 15. He deterred  us from making and appointment clearly he didn’t want to be bother, been on hold for 45 minutes now and the number he gave me is just as bad. We had gone to downtown Novato first the manager was amazing but explained they were booked and offed to make us an appointment for another time. That’s when we decided to go to this location… BIG mistake, terrible customer service!",
