    "text": "I bought the Ultracraft Apex melamine cabinets for my kitchen remodel from KitchenSync. I got a faulty quality and and they started totally shredding in 6 mos. They are supposed to be lifetime guarantee but they are not. Gary has been extremely unresponsive to me. He just doesn't return any calls or emails. After countless useless attempts, I had a friend interested in working with him so she brought up my situation in her appointment. He said he would make good. He finally emailed me back after they brought it up. Another 6 months go by AFTER THAT and I sent him the photos of the faulty quality and after checking in weekly I get this email today from Gary after a total of 2.5 years later of sending him requests\n\"I talked with my factory rep and he talked with the factory to come up with this offer.\nThey agreed to send replacement doors/drawer fronts for anything you want at a 50% discount off of my cost.\"\nThe warranty is not really a warranty. I still have to pay for it even though it was faulty.",
