    "text": "I received a free class when purchasing a Southwest flight. I signed up for the class and then due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to make it to that free class. I just found a $30 charge to my card for not showing up to the free class. I called and was told that I can either reschedule (no thanks??) *or* the person who can handle refunds will maybe get back to me tomorrow evening or *maybe* the next day. I will remove this review once the charge is reversed. This is really unacceptable service.",
