When the staff finally opened up, there was no apology for the delay. Instead, the employee was incredibly impolite and acted as if answering a simple question was a massive burden.\n\nBased on the lack of professionalism and total disregard for posted hours, this location seriously needs a management overhaul or a complete re-staffing.",
