    "text": "I called over to see if they had the right battery that I needed for my car.  When the gentlemen told me that they did ( wish I got his name) and how much it would be. I asked him if he was able to install the battery and he said \"NOT IN THIS WEATHER CONDITION!\" I understand yesterday (11.20.2024) we had some crazy rain however that is not what you say and  how you treat your potential customer especially when the policy states you guys will install it for free. ( could've said it may be a wait, or I don't have enough staff at the moment something better than that crazy reply!) I ended up going to another store and they put my car battery in while it was raining hard without hesitation. Told my coworkers to think twice before you patronize this location. Do better!",
