    "text": "Can I say Rude Rude Rude. I can't believe how rude the guy named William is that he works there. After walking in, he made eye contact with me and then went back to his computer, I was litterly just standing there.he completely ignored me. Well, that is until a Hispanic walked in, then  he turned around, got him  his pizza , and then he pulled out my pizza and handed it to me.  We both know that pizza had been sitting in their case for at least 25 min. Because I gave them more than 10 mins to have it ready. .......where is that NICE lady that was running this place... she was so awesome and not racist.  Today was the first time I never tipped.  Then, on top of it, my deep dish was so hard and unappetizing.",
