    "text": "I'll cut straight to the chase here: a little while back they switched from nuggets of Italian sausage (the standard form topping) to a ground version that resembles hamburger in texture and pretty much in taste too. All I can figure is it must be cheaper to buy, but boy does it have a negative effect on the finished product. It looks to me like this was most likely a corporate level decision, so I don't blame the local Petaluma store which in all other ways has always put out a quality product and been clean with prompt, friendly service. I hate that they're forced to put out an inferior product compared to what we've purchased from them in the past. My experience is that taste is severely lacking in this ground pork product and the texture/chew is decidedly underwhelming as well. I will be avoiding this particular topping, and unless you're a hamburger topping lover (something I've never understood, frankly), I suggest that you avoid it too.",
