    "text": "My wife and I LOVED using Forks & Fingers for our wedding day catering, and we would highly recommend them for your event. Debbie is a super sweet person, and really worked with us to create a custom menu while accommodating some vegetarian guests. Their staff was timely and very professional, and the food was absolutely delicious. We served a red-wine short rib and salmon, and we were simultaneously disappointed & happy that there was no leftover short rib! Debbie was very attentive to my wife and I during our reception to ensure we had a plate of appetizers and a plate for dinner so that we could actually enjoy some food and time together. We would recommend Debbie and Forks & Fingers very highly for your wedding or next event. THANK YOU Debbie!!",
