    "text": "Boca Pizza is the kind of place where the food is so good customer service is an option apparently.\nWe (and in fairness folks after us ) asked for a table on one of the patios where there were 20 open tables combined.  It was a lovely evening in northern cal.\nWe were told that unless we have reservations we cannot sit on the patio (20 open tables).  Another couple was advised about “a couple of large parties”.\n\nWell as we depart, 17/20 tables still available.  No large parties.\n\nSo if you want to eat good food and be a slave to a policy manual, this is your spot.",
