I am studying a semester in London and was told that it would be an easy process to get a debit card expidated(which it was not) and now I am here jumping through hoops, being transfered from one associate to another on the phone being told different things I need to do. I have had to fill out and upload multiple forms. The Associate at the front desk in Novato had no clue what she was talking about and was just trying to get me in and out of the building as quick as possible. This will be the last time I use Charles Schwab Bank.",
