    "text": "DISPPPOINTED BY NEW CAR WASH SYSTEM - Significant water spots\nI’ve been a regular customer for a long time and was excited for the new, modern car wash installation. Unfortunately, the performance is a significant step backward. My vehicle was left with heavy water spotting, worse than I've seen before, suggesting an issue with the final rinse water cleanliness and/or clear coat application, as water no longer sheets off properly either. Additionally, the dryer's countdown timer has not been working since the upgrade. I hope the team can calibrate the chemical settings and address these glitches. I’d love to return once these \"teething issues\" are resolved and the quality returns to its previous standard.",
