    "text": "We live in Napa, but CTW is worth the drive over! The showroom is a delight to browse and the staff takes the \"overwhelming decision making\" off the table.  We are so fortunate to have worked with Caity on our tile project - her humor, sense of style/design, ability to manage several projects/people at once and do so flawlessly and her much appreciated communication (every email received a prompt and thorough response).  Caity knows her stuff and was an absolute delight to see her and Hamilton each time we visited CTW!  Thanks, you'll be our go-to for future projects. Highly recommend.",
