    "text": "I want to let you know how much I appreciated Curtis with helping me today. My car battery had died and I got it jumpstarted this morning  and brought it in to get my battery tested. It looked like it was my alternator that was dead and completely draining my battery. He helped me order a part for a different location to pick up from.\n\nWhile letting my car idle, it died. Curtis came out, tried jumpstarting it with a battery pack, then a trickle charger, and finally got a vehicle with jumper cables. He was so patient and I am so grateful he took all that time to help me.",
