    "text": "I placed a Drive & Go order and was very disappointed with how my groceries were handled. The person who loaded my car was tossing the items around aggressively. I always bring my own bags and never ask staff to bag anything—just to place them in the car wherever it’s easiest. Unfortunately, they put heavy items like water cases directly on top of my milk and yogurt, which caused damage (see photos). I expect more care with groceries, especially with fragile items.",
