    "text": "The \"New\" Roast Haus.... I was disappointed to see the old cafeteria style meat counter missing, but my goodness!! The food has actually improved. Sam the owner and operator is a kind and passionate person in his restaurant. The new ambience took very little adjustment time. It saddens me that Marin almost lost a gem of a business due to an over pretentious health inspector. Not failing due to sanitation, but simply a stipulation in food covers, where other cafeteria style restaurant chains seem to be skipped over in their same food counters. So happy we can still enjoy the food and now can even stop in for breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!",
