    "text": "Walking through the door we noticed the amazing display of pastries, donuts, and Solvangesque danishes. We wanted it all. The woman helping us was friendly and helpful, and after deliberating decided on the lemon/raspberry danish, a coconut pastry, and a chocolate chip cookie for good measure. And after checking several of the softest, freshest bread loaves, threw in a loaf of Dutch Crunch that made incredible PB&Js. Their pastries were fresh and had a firm consistency, while being delicious and at the same time not overly sweet. Grabbed a cup of coffee to wash down the sweet cookie, and as people who appreciate good coffee, it was a solid brew. Looking forward to returning!",
