The complex lacks adequate laundry and trash facilities.  The residents are typically unrefined , rude, mannerless individuals and families who care nothing for the environment around them.  The rent is too high for the service levels, and the building is shoddy, with paper-thin walls that transmit sound, rather that contain it.  Skip this place if you're looking for a place to live.  You'll thank me for it later...",
