    "text": "Never got to get service done by econo lock so my review is based on communication im sure service is good but getting a hold of a locksmith is nearly impossible. They have one line and it goes to voicemail. You leave voicemail and someone is suppose to call back. Maybe get answering service in the future. Then I got a call a quote and whom spoke with gave me a reasonable quote and we spoke and I stated I'd call  back the next day as I was going to be off. Called later that afternoon with new voicemail no response. Called 2 times and got a call 3 hours later and it rang once and called ended I.called back and never heard from them again. They are recommend by AAA but they really need to get an operator or something.",
