    "text": "Walked in and said hello to the store clerk who just stared blankly at me.  Placed my order and 45 min later, still waiting for it to be tinted due to “technical difficulties”.  Several customers come in and wait and then leave without being served.   I’ve been buying SW for awhile and am always amazed at the poor quality, lots of clumps in the paint.  Plus, they do some serious price gouging now that paint is in short supply.  Never buying sw again and moving on to Tamalpais paint and color.",
