    "text": "On my first visit to CTW, the Plumbing Design Manager quoted me a price that was 25% off the Ferguson price for a Robern medicine cabinet. I was holding the Ferguson printout at the time and was surprised by the discount, but she confirmed it. On my second visit I had the same Ferguson printout with me and a second staff member reviewed it, confirmed the pricing, and handwrote the discounted price directly on the sheet for me.\n\nWhen I went to place the order I was told the quoted price was a mistake. After many emails back and forth asking how they could meet me partway and make the situation right, their final offer was 5% off which I thought was pretty lame considering what had happened. They presented their standard 25% off retail pricing as big deal, but that same pricing is available at Ferguson and other places who also don't charge for shipping and have shorter lead times. It's almost like they don't know the internet exists.\n\nI won't be buying through them, which is disappointing as I prefer buying from local businesses and otherwise liked everyone a lot and especially enjoyed meeting the pups that hang out in the showroom.  Their plumbing warehouse in the back is great.",
