- I am convinced that the only reason I was able to land in my beautiful new home is because Beverly Padgett is my realtor. She is persistent on my behalf, and also willing to give me feedback about when to pull back and when to pursue. She took the time to get to know me -- without judgments -- so she could advise me based on what I wanted, not what someone else might see as attractive. She was infinitely patient with my questions about home buying and "what does that word mean," and therefore I felt confident making decisions and learned how the buy/sell relationship works. Because I trust Beverly, I also trusted the people she recommended for inspections, etc., and she took the time to check in whenever an activity had occurred to make sure I understood the next steps. Her personality makes it comfortable to not know something and to ask questions, and that is rare! She gives perspective, but not opinions, which allows one to think every decision through with enough foundational information to make solid choices. Thank you, Beverly!
