    "text": "We come to the IHOP at Vintage Oaks Shopping Center in Novato frequently. What we love the most about this IHOP are the ladies that serve us… Margarita, Lupita and Elvia. They are the BEST! Why… they are genuinely very friendly, we get greeted with smiles, they have come to know us so we don’t even need menus… they know what we like. The men that cook our meals do a great job and we are never disappointed. The man that clears the used dishes is attentive and kind. The dining room is clean, tables  clean and stocked with condiments. There is also plenty of parking too. Oh yeah… the prices are affordable and they have senior discount. If you haven’t been to this IHOP before, please give it a try.",
