    "text": "A friend of mine bought a mobile home that needs a lot of work for 40,000....that's a bargain considering these homes go for 300,000 or more n when she is done fixing it she will make a hefty profit... She has a house in San Anselmo she is gonna sell...for more than a million so she is not hurting....as for me mobile homes are not in my taste...nor is the mobile park they are in...it looks like it's old ..real old ...no street lights ...it's dingy but hey when ur making so much money on a property there....it looks fine...\nIf ur over 60 this might be the place for you...the combined ages of the people that live here is larger than the age of the earth....is a matter of taste....",
