    "text": "We didn't dine in at Marmita Cocina—we placed a takeout order instead. The food was ready on time, which we appreciated, and overall it was good.\n\nUnfortunately, the customer service left a very bad impression. Even though we weren't eating at the restaurant, a simple greeting or acknowledgment when we walked in would have gone a long way. Instead, I stood there for several minutes feeling completely ignored until I finally walked up to the cashier and said I was there to pick up an order. Only then was I helped.\n\nWhat made it even more disappointing was that another gentleman walked in shortly after, and the exact same thing happened to him. He was looking around, trying to figure out who could help him, while several servers walked right past him as if he wasn't even there.\n\nIt's a shame because the restaurant is beautiful and has a lot of potential. I really hope management focuses on improving customer service. Making every guest feel welcomed—whether they're dining in or simply picking up an order—should be a priority. Very disappointing.",
