    "text": "Dear Customer Service Team,\n\nI am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a Mother's Day order placed on May 2nd for delivery to California. My experience with For You Flowers and the local vendor, Lupita Flowers, has been entirely unacceptable.\n\nThe order was scheduled for delivery on May 9th. Instead, the flowers arrived early on Thursday, May 7th. Furthermore, the arrangement was the wrong size, did not match the website description, and the flowers were dead upon arrival.\n\nAfter providing photographic evidence, I was promised a redeliver by Saturday, May 9th. This re-delivery never occurred. When I called Lupita Flowers today to follow up, I was falsely informed that the flowers had been delivered yesterday. When I clarified that my mother had waited until 11:00 PM and received nothing, the representative hung up on me.\n\nThis level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is disappointing, especially for a Mother's Day gift. I am requesting an immediate resolution regarding this matter.\n\nI look forward to your prompt response.\n\nRegards,\n\nTeresa Bishop",
