    "text": "I am so happy to report the following details of my experience this morning with Dr Kristen Chen this morning ( January 12, 2026 ) at Marin Health/ Dermatology ( Novato Office ) at 9:15 am such as the fact that her Assistants ( Nicole & Julia) were nothing but Enthusiastic welcoming warm & very professional during the entire exam & made me feel very relaxed & confident to ask questions w./ out any judgement or criticism….. TWO very classy well -mannered woman ! Nicole was kind enough to alert me That Dr Chen was a bit delayed w /another patient & that’s could choose to. Use the bathroom at that exact moment or wait a bit longer before changing into the exam gown , as a result of this short delay!!… Very Considerate & Thoughtful !!! 🤔…. Dr Chen herself couldn’t have been been more intelligent & warm & personable , with a GREAT ( “ A plus “ / A-+). BEDSIDE manner with a wonderful sweet personality &. Calmness & a non-rushed attitude during the entire exam & very gentle touch which was very re-assuring during the type of exam that I needed today( yeast infection) !!! …. Plus Julia her PA was. Very good & quick to. Let me know that my prescription for the medicine Dr Chen was prescribing would be ready at CVS this afternoon, which is always HELPFUL!! … ALL in ALL I can honestly say is that my\nAppointment w/ Dr Chen was truly a delight & absolutely fabulous!! Thank You 😊 Very Much !! ….She & “ Her Team”(multi-talented) ARE a great xx addition to Marin Health / Dermatology in so many ways !!! Truly “A Doctors 🥼 Doctor “!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️",
