    "text": "I was in last Tuesday and the tall man with dark hair and ponytail was absolutely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. He was condescending and hostile towards this woman for asking a simple question. He tried to get the customer he was helping to join in and agree with him. That customer was clearly uncomfortable. He then continued to talk badly about her until she just walked out. I have never seen someone demonstrate such inappropriate behavior in a customer facing role in my life. She asked a simple question and he tried to humiliate her. I walked out as well. I won't support a business who treats their customers this way.",
