"text": "I really miss seeing David, the manager’s face and experiencing his respectful, kind, and welcoming nature at the American Cancer Society Discovery Shop in Novato. Unfortunately, the vibe of the shop has changed significantly.\n\nInstead, I’ve been confronted with Jeff, whose rude and arrogant attitude, combined with what comes across as a “know-it-all” demeanor and a very high opinion of himself, has made the experience extremely unpleasant. The difference in customer service and overall atmosphere is honestly disappointing.\n\nI used to enjoy coming into the shop, but I won’t be shopping there when Jeff is working. It’s unfortunate that one person’s attitude can change the entire feel of a place that should be welcoming and community-oriented.",
