    "text": "We Placed a Door Dash delivery order today and specifically asked for and paid an extra +$2 for a fried or medium well egg with our Original Rice & Rooster meal, even Called twice after the were pinged that the order was on its way to be sure that it was right.   The server agreed and ensured that our order would be prepared to our liking- 30 min later after we received our order, Lo & behold-  the egg was runny, very runny, so were unable to eat it.  We called the shop back to explain the scenario  to female who took our order however, she was extremely unprofessional with ZERO customer service skills.  Her phone demeanor was intolerable to our concerns about our previous requests.  We then requested a refund for the order and she agreed to refund but quickly hung up the phone without taking our name, CC# or any order related information- this was the worst experience we’ve had at a San Francisco eatery in a long time- and we are planning to never eat at this location ever again. 😞",
