"text": "I went here for lunch the other day it was delicious! I ordered the meatball and sausage sandwich for lunch with a side of fries. The first time, my sandwich came out cold in the middle. I informed the waitress and she promptly took the food back and apologized. A few minutes later, my food came out, hot this time, and it was excellent. The bread was nice and crunchy, the meatball, sausage, and marinara all went so well together. Plus, the melted cheese!! I will be going back and ordering it again. The French fries were super crunchy and hot, 10 out of 10 French fry. The service was excellent despite my sandwich being cold the first time and they even gave me a discount on the price. That is what I call excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back and trying the other items on the menu, this is a place you gotta try.",
