    "text": "I just stayed at this hotel. I don’t normally pick two star hotels because they can go either direction. They can be gross and smelly, or they can be perfectly reasonable and just not fancy. If all two star hotels were like this one, I would always choose them to save money. This hotel was perfect! If you are looking for a clean, safe, and lovely budget hotel, I would not hesitate to stay here. Everybody was so friendly and while a more expensive hotel would have freshly painted walls without any imperfections, laminate floors without some separating boards, and furniture without scratches, etc. none of those imperfections were gross or unsafe in anyway. I loved my spacious room with a comfortable bed and lovely views. The parking worked great and I enjoyed the free coffee and muffins/cereal in the lobby on the AM. The room and bedding was clean and fresh. This is my new place to stay and save $ in Marin. Also my kids would have LOVED the pool. Looked great although I didn’t explore and it was cold when I visited.",
