I have a kitten and this was adult food so I looked all over the website for a place to cancel it.\nYou know like Amazon ….  you cancel an order if you do it quickly enough.\nNo such place …. so the next morning I called and the gal said it was already being processed so she couldn’t cancel it so now I have to take the two boxes of food to the Petco and be reimbursed. It’s crazy.\nI’m a disabled person and it’s very difficult for me to do these things. That’s why I order things online.\n\nPlease put a spot on your website on your ordering online website to be able to cancel an order within a certain period of time like a few hours!",
