    "text": "This is one of America's greatest restaurants, and the very definition of a hidden gem. It's not merely good food, it's a dining experience on par with Keller or Morimoto or any other famous chef. The restaurant is tucked away in a little industrial strip mall, completely unassuming. But every dish is a masterpiece, a composition with no wrong notes. Come here for serious culinary genius (you don't have to take my word for it: Michelin and Zagat both agree). And yet most of the dishes are ~$13-15. You do have to order rice separately. Try the Thai basil chicken, or panang beef. Or the pumpkin prawn curry. Or let the mussaman curry restore your soul. We live in Texas, but we make the pilgrimage once a year. Corkage $20. All credit cards accepted. Closed on Mondays.",
