    "text": "I really do love this Starbucks location. The staff there is really truly the best. They have always treated me with respects and kindness and enthusiasm. My only complaint is that they don't keep the restroom all that too clean. This sets up for them a bad image that can hurt their sales. One day I walked into a restroom and it was so dirty that I just walked right out and left the store. I suffer from a major illness, and I need clean restroom facilities.",
