Erdem Yilmaz · Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca

text: As family of four we stayed 2 nights over two rooms. We asked for our rooms to be close at reservation. They could not arrange but Mrs Samiya was very helpful to accommodate us. Also Yasmine at reception was very welcoming. Hotel is very well placed and is isolated from crowd of the city without being far. Rooms are very comfortable (bed, pillows, bathroom...). Pool is heated and enjoyable. We ate at both restaurants. At Kyub very good food plus Kyub's' team is exceptionally good. Public beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and accessible from the hotel but it's a pity that it's not clean (which is not hotel's) Garden to reach pool and Kyub is beautiful. We asked for taxi tour, Mohammad was great who also drove us to the airport at departure. Negative, Seaview is limited compared to the images.
