    "text": "The most unprofessional service and store possible. Completely lied to our faces to get us to switch to from our carrier. Gave a plan and a deal that turned out didn’t exist. Get a huge bill from Tmobile and when I went back in to inquire, the “manager” had no solution, no explanation and was more confused than I was about the entire ordeal. One of the team members that had lied to us was there when we went back in but never turned around and faced me. She knew what she had done. And the manager couldn’t have been dumber. Had to go to the main store in Corte Madera to get some help. They are more concerned about having personal conversations and getting snacks from the outside vendors than actually doing their job.",
