We needed a new plan, so we were girded for battle. But the staff were super friendly, professional and helpful, and we got a great deal. Many different kinds of people came in the store, and all were served with the same respectful cheerful and professional service. Plus, great music and the solid gold dancers!
Manager at this store restructured our promo plan to delete our 3rd line we had for free AND added insurance to all of our lines without our authorization. Only goal of going into store for service was to add a watch line. Now we're unable to add back the free line and paid a full month of bogus insurance we did not ask for. I'd stick with ATT if you're considering moving over for a tmobile promo.
The most unprofessional service and store possible. Completely lied to our faces to get us to switch to from our carrier. Gave a plan and a deal that turned out didn’t exist. Get a huge bill from Tmobile and when I went back in to inquire, the “manager” had no solution, no explanation and was more confused than I was about the entire ordeal. One of the team members that had lied to us was there when we went back in but never turned around and faced me. She knew what she had done. And the manager couldn’t have been dumber. Had to go to the main store in Corte Madera to get some help. They are more concerned about having personal conversations and getting snacks from the outside vendors than actually doing their job.
I went into T-Mobile to get information on plans. I found the one I liked but needed to talk to my husband about it when he got home that night and I'd let T-Mobile know what we had decided. I was then told that if I filled out all of my information while I was there and purchased 2 SIM cards, for $20 total, it would save a couple of hours if I decided to open an account later but that I was definitely not opening an account until I came back to authorize it. I was also told I would get a $20 refund if I decided not to open an account. By the time I got home I received a welcome to T-Mobile email saying I would receive a bill in approximately 20 days. I had definitely asked if purchasing the SIM cards would open an account and I was definitely told there would be no account until I was ready to open one. I went into the store and I was told that I had an account with service (we hadn’t even bought phones yet) I was shocked and angry that I had been blatantly lied to. I asked for my $20 back and to return the unused SIM cards and they said they don't do that even though they said I could have a full refund. I was probably naive when I filled out the information but when you are with a reputable company you trust what their representatives are saying. I am not saying T-Mobile is a bad company, I'm saying this store is horrible. Go to any other T-Mobile store but this one.
I would've loved to give this store a higher review as they always take care of me but today i was “helped” by the most rude and pathetic excuse for an employee. Manny was absolutely atrocious. Not only did he YELL at me but he also will BURP IN YOUR FACE. NO EXCUSE ME. NO APOLOGY. tmobile please get your employees in check this was the most frustrating experience i have EVER had in this store.
