- I was planning to replace my existing metal windows with upgraded wood windows. A salesman, Aaron, came to my home and measured. I asked Aaron how many jobs like mine Old Town Glass did per year. He told me 3 or 4 homes. I was told that I would get the estimate by the middle of the next week. After 2 weeks I still had not heard back from OTG. I called and was told someone would get back to me. A gentleman called me back a couple of days later and said they were finalizing the numbers and would get back to me. After 3 weeks I still had not heard back, and again called was told someone would get back to me. 3.5 weeks after the salesman visited my home, the receptionist called and left a voice message on my cell stating that the job was beyond their capability and gave me the name of a contractor. When I called and talked to the receptionist to find out why this took so long, she said the paperwork had sat on someones desk and was apparently left in limbo for a time. Really OTG? That is your business model?
