He was great to work with as my husband has a very small team and does not meet the minimums other shops require. Irwin was super friendly and turned the job around in less than 48 hours—we didn’t even ask for it to be rushed! He worked with us on thread colors and was very honest about what to expect from the embroidery on a particular fabric as well as sent proofs for us to approve.
