    "text": "I have used various pharmacies around Novato/San Rafael and I feel the staff at the Rite Aid in Novato have been the best I have worked with - especially since our Pharmacist Princess started working there.  Princess is incredibly helpful and I really trust her with my medications...even when things are busy, Princess listens to my questions and always follows up.  I have found the rest of the staff friendly, and I have recently talked to a technician named Nicholas a few times now and have been really impressed with his attention to detail and willingness to help.  Five stars to the Novato Rite Aid team!",
