text: Recently sold our car and the dealership issued us a check that we weren’t sure we would be able to cash all at once. We called this branch ahead of time to verify if they could accommodate the request and were told by a friendly gal that confirmed yes, they could cash it and told us what to bring to do it. We get to the branch, a man took over and told us we had to go to our own bank to try to negotiate the check or they could get us the money in a week which is not bad but overall got the impression that he did not want to provide the service to us the employee already confirmed was possible on the phone. Super disappointed with this branch.
