I was stranded on the highway in the middle of the night and this company refused to tow my car unless paid $150 more through Progressive Insurance. The person that I spoke to, to confirm if they were coming screamed and yelled at me saying Progressive Insurance that I have roadside assistance from contacted this company 3 times and was refused 3 times as he was sleeping and would only come out if paid more. I ended up being stranded a woman alone in the middle of the night on the highway for 3 hours because of how this company treated me. Do not do business with this company.",
