    "text": "Been going to this office since 2020, for 2024 taxes they missed my phone appointment and then the gentleman was rude saying he is too busy to deal with me, even though I had appointment.\nBut that’s not why I decided to write I review. On 2024, when I came in person to do my taxes Brittany Pickard, my tax advisor, was doing my taxes that day messed up BIG TIME! Missed a document with my another income and now, 1,5 year later IRS is chasing me with the unpaid balance and APR that accumulated over a year, additional I’ll also have to pay state taxes+ APR.\nI reached out to H&R Block, met with advisor in Greenbrae and few days later she said since I have no “peace of mind protection” I’ll have to pay additional $99 for them to submit applications for amendment return and she can’t even promise H&R Block will deal with APR that accumulated over a year, because their “professional” that obviously wasn’t trained well, wasn’t knowledgeable enough to do taxes, messed up the documents and I have to deal with it on my own, after I paid $200 each year.\nThey don’t want to take responsibility for their mistakes.\n\nHIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!",
