After giving all my info to one rep, a man called back minutes later, rudely demanding Kaiser’s phone number and saying he didn’t have time to deal with it. He told me to call him back, even though no one asked for that on the intake call. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I will be filling my medication elsewhere.",
