    "text": "More a 3.5. Burger was very good, except the bottom part of the roll was hard. Not sure if that's their roll style or it was stale or exposed to air too long. Definitely need to step up their fries game, as they were rubbery and barely warm. Service was excellent and fast, and also a thumbs up for having ketchup dispensers rather than packets.",
