    "text": "NEVER stop to get gas here. I went in to pump. I prepaid inside. Tried to start pumping and the pump would not work. I pressed the attendant button and was ignored. I tried to reset the pump to see if it will work and it didn’t. I went inside to explain the situation to the lady. She screamed at me about why I put it back that “I cancelled the transaction.” She offered no resolution and then proceeded  to call me an “idiot” under her breath. I left the station. When I called to report what happened, the person on the other end of the phone hung up on me. I will never spend my money on another Shell station.",
