    "text": "We have been using North Bay Home Care Services since my sister entered Long Term Care.  During this time, we have found the caregivers kind and compassionate as well as very competent. The schedules are designed to meet the needs of the residents and there is no requirement for a minimum time as is the case in most care agencies.   Everything runs smoothly and we feel so fortunate to have North Bay serve the facility.",
